Her soundscapes create a progressive journey to allow for energetic shifts and offer you a deeper sense of calm. Using breathwork, gongs, singing bowls, vocal and percussion, the frequencies open a gateway to promote healing throughout the entire body and mind.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring blankets, water and a yoga mat. You will be laid down for the majority of the session.
