Christina is a sound healer, yoga teacher, and altered states breath facilitator, focused on the exploration of consciousness and the cultivation of self-awareness through disciplined practice.

Her soundscapes create a progressive journey that guides to inward connection and a deeper sense of calm. Using breathwork, gongs, singing bowls, vocal and percussion, Christina opens a gateway to promote healing throughout the entire body. She offers gratitude to Lani Rocillo, Rakai’el Webb and Carolyn Cowan for their teaching and guidance.

Discovering yoga as a teenager, she developed a self practice over the next ten years. But it was a chance meeting with Ashtanga Vinyasa in 2012 that brought a new depth and dedication to her own practice, assisting and learning with Susan Bysh at the Mysore programme at Yoga Place in London. Christina then went on to complete her 200hr teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist.

Currently sharing private and group sessions and available for collaborations in the UK.
